Upside Down Dalgona Tea

Inspired from the famous Dalgona coffee. A fun twist to the same using tea.
Tea Leaves - 2 tsp Water - 1 cup Cinnamon Stick - 1/2 stick Sugar - 2 tsp Creamy Froth Milk: 1/2 cup Sugar: 1 tsp
Method: 1. In a heavy bottom sauce pan add water and sugar and bring it to a boil. 2. Add cinnamon and boil for couple of minutes in medium flame. 3. Add tea leaves and boil for another 5 minutes. Switch of the flame. 4. Take two tall glasses. Add some crushed ice and fill half the glasses with tea. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until ready to serve 5. Take another pan. Pour in the milk, and sugar. Bring the milk to a boil. 6. Remove from flame. Take a hand mixer or using a stand mixer start on low speed to froth the hot milk. Slowly increase the speed. In about 5 - 10 minutes the milk should start forming a froth. Serving your Tea 1. Take your tea out from the fridge. Add some more crushed ice. 2. Pour about half a cup of cold milk over the ice. Divide the milk equally between the glasses. The tea will turn into a light beige color. 3. Using a spoon, slowly start scooping the froth from the pan. Use another spoon to drop the froth in the glass. Continue till the glass is filled with the froth. 4. Sprinkle some cinnamon powder and add a straw. The milk froth will slowly dissolve in tea. Sip, relax, and enjoy!!
