Spicy Veggie Relish

A colorful relish to go with your main course. Serve it as a side with your food or add it as a colorful garnish. The best part is that you can use any vegetables available at home.


Carrots - 1

Red Bell Peppers - 1

Yellow Bell Peppers - 1

Orange Bell Peppers - 1

Thai Green Chillies - 2 or 3

Onion - 1 small or if using medium sized onion then 1/2

Cilantro - 2 tbsps chopped fine

Salt and Pepper for taste

Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp


1. Cut all the vegetables in thin long strips

2. Add chopped cilantro, salt, pepper, and lemon juice

3. Give it a quick toss and serve
