This is a must have snack during Diwali for me! Spicy, tangy and this one is quick to make!
Rice crispy Cereal or Thin Poha (Flattened Rice) - 4 cups
Trail Mix - 2 tbsp
Salted Peanuts - 2 tbsp
Curry Leaves chopped - 2 tbsp
Green Chillies chopped fine - 1 tbsp
Cumin - 2 tsp
Olive Oil - 3tbsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Add the Rice crispy cereal, Crushed Nuts, and Trail Mix to a bowl and mix them well.
Heat a heavy bottom pan. Add oil, curry leaves, cumin, green chillies, and spices.
Roast for about 5 minutes on medium flame.
Mix in the salt and sugar.
Lower the flame and add the Rice Crispy Mix to this.
Roast for about 10 minutes till everything is mixed well. Remove and cool.
This can be stored in an air tight container for about a week.
Quick and easy to make, just about 20 minutes!
