Nutty Pepper Salad



If you love Bell Peppers, this will be one of your favorite go to salads. Healthy, nutty, and colorful!!


















Ingredients:


Red Color Bell Pepper - 1

Yellow Color Bell Pepper - 1

Orange Color Bell Pepper - 1

Carrot - 1

Baby Cucumber - 1

Fresh Basil or Dried Basil chopped - 1 tsp

Crushed Almonds - 1 tbsp

Olive Oil - 1 tsp

Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp

Salt and Pepper to taste







Method:


  1. Slice all the vegetables fine.

  2. Add the basil, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice and mix.

  3. Add the crushed almonds. Give it a quick toss and Enjoy!!
