Nutty Chocolate Milk


A healthy Vegan treat to cool off in summer that kids and adults will enjoy alike!


Ingredients:


Almonds - 1 tbsp

Optional, Cashews - 1/2 tbsp

Hot Water - 3 tbsp

Crushed Ice - 2 tbsp



Cocoa - 1/2 tsp

Protein Powder ( I used Herbalife, Prailines & Cream Flavor) - 1 scoop

Water - 1 cup










Method:

  1. Soak the nuts in hot water for 15 mins.

  2. In a blender, add crushed ice, water, cocoa powder, and Protein Powder.

  3. Drain the water and add the soaked nuts to the mix.

  4. Blend well, until the nuts are well mixed and forms a smoothie.

  5. Garnish with grated vegan chocolate or crushed almonds!
